1.Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rizanah web application at app.rizanah.com and the marketing website at rizanah.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Rizanah ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2.Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and purchase a subscription.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3.The Service
3.1 What Rizanah Provides
Rizanah is a faith-based fitness web application that provides:
- Personalized workout plans generated by a NASM OPT-based algorithm.
- Active workout tracking with set/rep logging and RPE-based progression.
- Nutrition tracking tools including food logging, recipe discovery, meal planning, and grocery lists.
- A gender-separated community for text-based discussion, challenges, and bookmarks.
- Profile and progress tracking with body metrics, weight history, and achievements.
3.2 What Rizanah Is NOT
Rizanah is not a medical provider, licensed nutritionist, certified personal trainer, or healthcare service. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment:
- Workout plans are algorithm-generated and not reviewed by a certified trainer or physician.
- Nutrition tools are calculators and trackers, not dietary prescriptions.
- Halal classifications use keyword matching and may not be accurate for all products. Always check product labels.
- No information from Rizanah should be treated as medical advice, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional consultation.
- Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness or nutrition program.
3.3 Medical Disclaimer
Important: Rizanah provides general fitness and nutrition guidance. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any program.
Speak with your physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions, injuries, are pregnant or postpartum, have a heart condition, a pacemaker, or have recently had surgery. You use Rizanah at your own risk. By using the Service, you accept that physical exercise carries inherent risk of injury and you assume full responsibility for your participation.
If you feel faint, dizzy, or in pain at any point, stop the activity and contact a medical professional.
4.Subscriptions and Payment
4.1 Plans and Pricing

Free Trial
At launch, a 3-day free trial with full access. Cancel before it ends to avoid charges. One trial per user.
Auto Renewal
Renews automatically. Email reminders 7 days before annual renewal and 24 hours before trial converts.
4.4 Cancellation
Cancel at any time through Settings > Subscription > Cancel, or through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds except as described in our Refund Policy.
4.5 Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary: monthly payments are non-refundable; first-time annual payments are eligible for a full refund within 14 days; annual renewals are non-refundable.
4.6 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days notice by email. The new price applies at your next renewal after the notice period.
5.Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Create multiple accounts to exploit free trials or circumvent bans.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Post harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or hateful content in the community.
- Post spam, advertisements, or promotional material in the community.
- Share personal contact information in community posts or comments.
- Access other users' accounts, data, or private information.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful material.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
6.Community Content
6.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of text content you post in the community. By posting, you grant Rizanah a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your content within the Service for operating the community feature.
You are solely responsible for the content you post and represent that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
6.2 Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or that we determine is harmful to the community. Content receiving 3 or more reports is automatically hidden pending review.
6.3 Community Moderation
Use of the community feature is subject to our Community Guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent ban. Banned users retain access to workout and nutrition features.
7.Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Property
The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, exercise database, brand name, logo, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Rizanah. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use while your subscription is active.
7.2 Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service. You may not reproduce the exercise database, algorithm logic, or any proprietary content for use outside of the Service.
7.3 AI-Generated Content
Recipe images in the Rizanah library are AI-generated for illustration purposes. They represent the intended finished dish but may differ from your actual results. Nutritional values are estimated and provided for guidance only. Always check ingredient packaging for allergens and dietary compliance.
8.Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services that have their own terms and privacy policies:
Stripe
Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Terms.
USDA FoodData Central
Food nutrition data. Public U.S. government API.
Supabase
Database hosting. Subject to Supabase's Terms.
Vercel
Application hosting. Subject to Vercel's Terms.
We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services.
9.Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- Workout plans will produce specific results or prevent injury.
- Nutrition data (from USDA FoodData Central or user-entered) is completely accurate.
- Halal classifications are 100% accurate for all food products.
- The algorithm's exercise selections are appropriate for your specific medical conditions.
10.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rizanah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or bodily injury, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Rizanah in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rizanah and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12.Dispute Resolution
12.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
12.2 Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, or at a mutually agreed location.
You and Rizanah agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.
12.3 Opt-Out of Arbitration
You may opt out of the arbitration clause by sending written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of creating your account, including your name, email, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out.
12.4 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be revoked.
- If terminated for cause (violation of Terms), no refund is issued.
- Your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted, unless you have a pending refund.
You may terminate your account at any time through Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account.
14.Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
15.Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16.Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rizanah regarding the Service.
