Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rizanah apps for iOS and Android, the web application at app.rizanah.com, and the marketing website at rizanah.com (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Rizanah (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and purchase a subscription.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Create multiple accounts to exploit free trials or circumvent bans.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Post harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or hateful content in the community.
• Post spam, advertisements, or promotional material in the community.
• Share personal contact information in community posts or comments.
• Access other users' accounts, data, or private information.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful material.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.

The Service integrates with third-party services that have their own terms and privacy policies:

We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Workout plans will produce specific results or prevent injury.
• Nutrition data (from USDA FoodData Central or user-entered) is completely accurate.
• Halal classifications are 100% accurate for all food products.
• The algorithm's exercise selections are appropriate for your specific medical conditions.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rizanah and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked.
• If terminated for cause (violation of Terms), no refund is issued.
• Your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted, unless you have a pending refund.

You may terminate your account at any time through Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rizanah regarding the Service.

Rizanah Rewards lets you earn Seeds for activity in the app, convert Seeds into Gems, and redeem Gems for rewards. By taking part you agree to these rules:

• Seeds and Gems are promotional credits. They have no cash value, are not money or property, cannot be sold, exchanged for cash, or transferred, and are forfeited if your account is closed. The only transfer we support is a Premium gift code you create for another member.
• Seeds are earned only through activity we track in the app, subject to daily limits. Seeds are never sold. Gems are obtained only by converting Seeds.
• We may change earning rates, conversion rates, reward prices, and the reward catalog, or end the program, at any time. Changes apply going forward; balances you already hold and redemptions already placed are not changed.
• Gems are deducted when you confirm a redemption. A redemption can be reversed and Gems returned only before a physical kit enters preparation, before a charitable contribution is funded, before a gift is claimed, or before earned Premium becomes active. Community Well contributions are final.
• Premium rewards are promotional access to Rizanah Premium on your account for the stated period. They do not change, extend, or bill any subscription you hold through the App Store or Google Play. If you already have Premium, the reward is saved and applied when your paid access ends.
• Charitable rewards are donations made by Rizanah with its own funds through charitable partners Rizanah selects. You are not the donor and receive no tax receipt. Rizanah may change partners at any time.
• Physical rewards ship to addresses in the United States only. Contents may vary by availability. Sizes and shipping details you provide are used only to fulfill your reward.
• We may reverse rewards, cancel redemptions, or close accounts where Seeds or Gems were obtained or used through fraud, abuse, automation, or a breach of these Terms.
