Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.Subscription Plans and Pricing

Rizanah offers two subscription plans:

2.Free Trial

The trial policy below takes effect at launch on September 1, 2026.

New subscribers will receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all Rizanah features. During the trial:

  • You will not be charged anything for the first 3 days.
  • Cancellation is available at any time during the trial with no charge.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan begins automatically and your payment method is charged.
  • You will receive an email reminder 24 hours before your trial ends.

Each user is eligible for one free trial. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials is not permitted.

3.How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access until then.

To cancel in the app:

1Open the Rizanah app and go to your Profile tab
2Tap the gear icon to open Settings
3Tap Subscription and Billing
4Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm

You can also cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal by tapping Manage Subscription in your Settings. No phone call, email, or chat is required to cancel.

After cancellation:

  • Your access continues through the end of the paid period.
  • Your workout history, nutrition logs, and profile data are preserved for 12 months in case you resubscribe.
  • After 12 months of inactivity, your data may be permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy.

4.Refund Policy

Monthly Plan ($14/month)

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current billing period, but no partial or prorated refund is issued for unused days within that period.

Annual Plan ($120/year)

We understand that $120 is a meaningful commitment, especially with a new service. To give you confidence in your purchase:

First-time annual subscribers: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first annual payment, no questions asked. This 14-day window begins on the date you are first charged (after your free trial ends, if applicable).

After 14 days: Annual payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of your annual billing period.

Renewal charges: Annual renewals are non-refundable. We will send you a reminder email 7 days before your annual renewal date so you have time to cancel if you choose.

How to Request a Refund

If you are within the 14-day window for your first annual payment:

  • Email [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request” and the email address associated with your account.
  • We will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

You may also request a refund through the in-app Support and Contact form (Settings > Support > Contact Us > select “Billing Issue”).

5.Automatic Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Monthly

Renews every 30 days at $14.00

Annual

Renews once per year at $120.00

We will notify you by email:

  • 24 hours before your free trial ends (before the first charge).
  • 7 days before each annual renewal.

By subscribing, you authorize Rizanah to charge your payment method on file at the applicable rate until you cancel. You can update your payment method at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal (Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription).

6.Price Changes

If we change our subscription prices, we will give you at least 30 days advance notice by email before the new price takes effect. The new price will apply at your next renewal after the notice period. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel before the renewal date.

7.Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We can usually resolve billing issues faster than the dispute process, and filing a chargeback while we are actively resolving your issue may result in your account being suspended.
