Built around real life

Healthy living is rarely just about workouts.

It is figuring out what to eat, staying consistent, knowing whether you are making progress, planning ahead, and having people around you who understand the journey.

Rizanah brings those pieces together.

Why we built Rizanah

Taking care of your health should feel easier, more connected, and more meaningful.

Rizanah started with a simple question: what if improving your health did not feel like something you had to figure out alone?

We are a husband and wife. One of us is a certified fitness trainer and the other is a product engineer, and from those two sides we kept seeing the same problems. People want to move more, eat better, stay consistent, and know whether they are actually making progress. Most health apps solve one small piece at a time: one for workouts, another for food, another for grocery lists, another for community. And even then, many of them were never designed with Muslims in mind.

So we built Rizanah, not just as a workout app but as a place that helps you take better care of yourself in everyday life.

If you are new to fitness, Rizanah helps you figure out where to start with a workout plan. If you already know what works for you, you can log your own workouts, choose from hundreds of exercises, track your cardio, and look back at your history to understand your progress and your patterns. You can plan your meals, log what you eat, keep track of what is already in your kitchen and pantry, manage your grocery list, and spend a little less time wondering what everyone is eating for dinner.

But Rizanah is about more than tracking. We wanted health to feel connected to community. That is why our community is separated by gender, so sisters connect with sisters and brothers connect with brothers. Sometimes you just want to ask someone who understands. Sometimes you want to share a win. Sometimes seeing somebody else show up for themselves gives you the push to do the same.

We also wanted the good you do for your own health to reach beyond you. On Rizanah, healthy actions earn rewards. Those rewards can go toward things that support your own journey, and they can also contribute toward providing food and water for people in need. Taking care of yourself becomes part of giving too.

A sister in our family loves going for walks, but she never used to track them. She would just remember which landmark she reached the last time. When she started using Rizanah, she could set a 30-minute walk and get a reminder halfway through so she knew when to turn around. She told us that was her favorite feature, and that made us incredibly happy. Before downloads, growth, or anything else, we had built something that helped someone take better care of herself.

Even if it starts with one person. Then another. Then another. That is enough reason to keep building.

We are still building, still learning, and still listening. We would love for you to grow with us.

The founders of Rizanah

Health that reaches beyond you

Your habits can do more than improve your own life.

As you complete healthy actions in Rizanah, you earn Seeds. Seeds become Gems, and Gems can go toward items that support your own health journey or toward providing essentials such as food and water to people in need.

A community designed with Muslims in mind

Sisters with sisters. Brothers with brothers.

Rizanah has separate community spaces for sisters and brothers, so it is easier to share progress, ask questions, encourage one another, and connect with people on a similar journey.

Move with the Ummah

Every month, the community works toward one shared destination.

Our first Ummah Journey follows the distance from Makkah to Madinah. Every outdoor walk, run, and ride you track with Rizanah moves all of us forward. You move for yourself, and you move with everyone else.

How long will it take the Ummah, together, to make the journey?
